AromaPersona, an exciting co-creation service for discovering and personalizing scented decor. At AromaPersona, we believe that everyone has a uniquely diverse sense of smell. That's why we dedicated ourselves to providing exceptional selection of products and scents that provide a truly irreplaceable personal experience. We tailor your monthly selections based on your preferences to help create your very own personal mind and body experience.

Joining AromaPersona is completely FREE and lets everyone get a sense of the complete experience. It only takes a few minutes of your time, and you will never be asked for your billing information until you are ready to commit to become a member. To get started, simply CLICK HERE or create a profile by clicking on the "Get Started" button on the homepage. As soon as you have completed your AromaPersona profile you will be taken to your own personal showroom filled with a variety of scents and product offerings. When Creating an AromaPersona profile, you will be asked for your email and to create a password. We will use your email to let you know when your monthly selections are ready so you can easily access your showroom at any time.

When you first login, no matter what part of the month it is, you'll be able to view your selections for the current month. Once you choose your selections and checkout for the first time you elect to becoming a member and you will receive your selections with in a few days after making your selections.

New selections become available in your showroom on the first of each month and you will have the first 5th days to customize and personalize them. If you are unable to make selections within the first 5 days your card will be charged on the 6th and you will receive a redeemable credit to use for a future purchase. Any time you checkout after the first 5 days, your selections are considered additional one time purchases and do not reflect or count towards your monthly subscription amount.

AromaPersona offers the option to make as many selections as OFTEN as you like no matter what part of the month it is. If you would like more than one item per month you may continue adding more selections to your checkout page. Each set of selections is equal to one $19.95 charge. If you decide to skip the month you are still free to login and checkout with additional selections the same month. Skipping the month only sets the next scheduled billing date a month in advance; it does not prevent you from making selections whenever you want. If you already made selections for a given month, you can still login later in the month to make additional selections if you would like to order more in a given month.

*It is important to note that "1 selection" does not mean "one item", a selection might be a bundled group of items for that particular month, and would be considered "1 selection". So always look careful at your personal options when making your selections.

No, with an AromaPersona Membership, there is never an obligation to buy. We know that although our members love the surprise of personally selected scented decor each month, not everyone wants something every month. So we've made it easy to skip any month.

So if you'd like to skip a month, simply sign in to your account by the 5th day of the month, visit the "membership information page" and click the Skip This Month button. When choosing "Skip Month" you will not be charged.

*Customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email, or beyond the first 5 days of the month.

*Until you have selected your first item, and opt to become a member you will not need to request to skip a month.

No. Not as long as you never add additional selections to your checkout page. Only when you have checked out with multiple selections will your card be charged more than $19.95. If you take no action within the first 5 days of the month your card will be charged $19.95 on the 6th day of the month but never more and we will add one redeemable credit valued at $19.95 to your account information page.

*Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada members incur a $9 shipping charge.

Once you place your first order and you opt to become an AromaPersona member you will be charged $19.95 at the time of checkout. We will than set your billing date to be the 6th day of each of the following months. If you do not skip the month or make any selections with in the first 5 days we will charge your card on the 6th and give you one redeemable credit to be used at the time of a future purchase. If you do however make your selections with in the first 5 days we charge your card at the time of checkout for the total number of selections you have and then set your next billing date to be the 6th day of the following month. That way you are not charge twice in one month if you made selections.

Selections ship one or two days after making your selections and successfully checking out. Because every order is specific to every customer it takes us 24 -48 hours to process orders. We make it a priority to gets selections processed and shipped as soon as possible and we are always improving our systems and flow.

*If you skip the month no selections ship and your card is never charged

*If you do not ship the month and do not make selections your card IS charged but we do not ship any selections, you earn a redeemable credit you can apply to a future purchase for the value of one month.

AromaPersona accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders.

You will receive an email each month notifying you that your new Selections are waiting. If you have opted out of receiving monthly email, just log into your showroom in the first 5 days of the month and you can browse through images, detailed descriptions and tips on each item. You can choose your monthly selections right from your showroom and they will be shipped within a few days of checkout out.

AromaPersona is an exclusive brand and is not sold outside of this site and service. Your personal selections are exclusive to you as a customer. While you may see similar products on the market, AromaPersona can not a test to the quality of other brands. AromaPersona is not only about providing a quality product but also providing an exclusive monthly experience.

Currently AromaPersona is our own exclusive brand. However we currently are exploring the possibility of partnering with external brands for expanding our product offerings each month.

If you do not make a selection OR remember to select the "Skip This Month" option by the 6th of the month, You will receive an email on the 5th of the month letting you know you have not yet made a selection and you will be charged; the $19.95 membership price on the 6th and one redeemable credit will be given and will show on your account pages to be used in the future.

Credits are virtual redeemable values represented on your account pages by digits ranging from 0-∞ . Each credit holds the value of one month’s membership amount ($19.95). Credits were earned when we charged your card on the 6th day of the month, but you never made selections or opted to skip the month. It is impossible to earn a redeemable credit and make selections with in the first 5 days. However is possible to use a credit with in the same month that it was given. You receive your credit on the 6th after we successfully charge your card, and because you are free to login any day of the month and make selections, if it is after the 6th day when you earned a credit you may use the credit after and still have your selections shipped.

AromaPersona takes pride in providing a wonderful product and monthly experience, however sometimes you may not be satisfied with your selections. If you are not satisfied with any item in your order, you can EXCHANGE it for another item within 30 days of delivery. Because of our incredibly low pricing, we are required to charge a $9.95 restocking fee for all items returned.

Our exchange process is simple, but there are a few things you can do to ensure a smoother, faster return:

• Email Exchanges@AromaPersona.com to request a return shipping label, and make your exchange selection.
• Once you receive a return shipping label, drop item(s) off at your local shipping location.
• Upon receiving the exchanged item, we will ship out your new selection and charge your credit card on file the mandatory $9.95 restocking fee.

Exchanges usually take 10-14 business days.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in new, unused condition, without burn marks or other signs of use. We cannot accept returned items that display signs of use.

We do everything possible to fulfill requests for items offered in prior months. Because our inventory is always changing, however, we cannot guarantee that we will have previously offered items available. Email PriorMonth@AromaPersona.com

Yes! We offer prepaid gift cards in the denominations $60 (3 month), $120 (6 month), and $240 (12 month). Gift cards are great for gifts to friends, family, or co-workers. When ordering 6month or 12 month cards bonus items are automatically applied to the value of the card when checking out. Redemption is easy; just type in the code on the back of the card in the Redemption spot when signing up.

*Redeeming a gift card does not require a membership; the value of the card will be credited to the new members account and become visible on their account page. They can then make selections and checkout without needing to enter a credit card. The value of card will be used each time selections are made, when not enough balance is left, the gift card holder will receive emails to update billing information inorder to continue membership.

All orders with shipping addresses within the contiguous United States are delivered standard ground within 4–8 business days free of charge. All Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO / FPO addresses and Canadian addresses are charged an additional $9 for shipping and handling. Please note that orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees.

Currently we only ship to Canada. We do NOT ship overseas, however it is on our future roadmap.

Yes. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

Before you decide to cancel, remember that you never have any obligation to buy, you always have the option to skip any month without charge by clicking “Skip Month” on your “membership information page” by the 5th of each month. If you do however still wish to cancel, you may do so at any time with absolutely no cancellation fee. AromaPersona strives to provide the best service and personal experience, but if you decide to cancel, please Call our Billing Services department at (888) 316-5463, and press Option 3. Let one of our Billing Representatives know you would like to cancel, and they will take care of you from there.

Please note: Accounts cannot be cancelled via voicemail.

If you are new to AromaPersona and have not made a purchase yet, you do not need to cancel. You only become a member once you make your first purchase.

We don't like commitment either! That is why AromaPersona offers you an effortlessly way to enjoy our highly personalized monthly service without commitment. Your credit card will never be charged until you place your first order and become an official AromaPersona member. You can also give AromaPersona a try by purchasing a prepaid gift cards in the denominations $60 (3 month), $120 (6 month), and $240 (12 month). If you choose to become a member you have the option to skip any month without charge. We also make it really easy for earning and redeeming credits if you forget to make selections or skip the month. AromaPersona is practically risk-free. We encourage you to try AromaPersona today!
