When you register, you will only be asked for your email, to create a password and to fill out a brief visual survey to help build your preferences. This information gives you access to the entire monthly service, where you are able to see and pick your favorite monthly selections. There is no registration fee, and you will not be asked for your shipping information until you decide on a membership type.
Every month you will receive a personalized set of product selections. These will become available on the first of the month, and you will have until the 5th to make your choices.
Personalize Your Monthly Selections
Every Month you will see a selection of personalized scented décor with new monthly scents to choose from. You will have a two-step selection process. In step one, you will have to select your container. This may be a variety of items, from candles, fragrance sprays, diffusers, and more. In Step 2 of the process, you select one of our exclusive monthly color and scent combinations. Customize and personalize the month selections by choosing your two favorite offerings, make sure to choose ones that make you glee with excitement!
Decide What To Buy
Once you have decided what you want for the month, you may "confirm" your selections by pressing the "confirm button" on the step 3 "confirm page". If you are a new member and have not opted to become an AromaPersona membership yet, you will be asked to enter your billing information, which we will keep on file until you decide to cancel your membership. If you are already a member, all you need to do is login between the 1st and the 5th of each month and customize and personalize your selections.
*It is important to note that "1 selection" does not mean "one item", a selection might be a bundled group of items for that particular month, and would be considered "1 selection". So always look careful at your personal options when making your selections.
Skip the Month Any Time
There is no obligation to choose something each month—simply visit your showroom by the 5th day of any month and select the Skip This Month option, and you won't be charged. There is no limit to the number of months you can skip. Please note that you cannot skip a month by phone or email.
Credits
When you are unable to login within the first 5 days of any given month, to either make your selections or choose to skip the month. Your card will automatically be charged on 6th day of the month, and we will apply one redeemable credit for $19.95 to your account. Credits can be used any time and for any purchase in the future. Credits do not expire, and it is possible to build up the number of credits your account has. Please note that when applying credits on checkout, they all have to be used at one time. Each credit being valued at $19.95.
Shipping
AromaPersona offers FREE shipping on all orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States via standard ground delivery, All Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO / FPO addresses and Canadian addresses are charged an additional $9 for shipping and handling. Please note that orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees. We currently do not ship orders overseas.
Returns And Exchanges Simplified
AromaPersona takes pride in providing a wonderful product and monthly experience, however sometimes you may not be satisfied with your selections. If you are not satisfied with any item in your order, you can EXCHANGE it for another item within 30 days of delivery. Because of our incredibly low pricing, we are required to charge a $9.95 restocking fee for all items returned.
Cancellation Policy
Before you decide to cancel, remember that you never have any obligation to buy, you always have the option to skip any month without charge by clicking "Skip Month" on your "membership information page" by the 5th of each month. If you do however still wish to cancel, you may do so at any time and there is no cancellation fee. AromaPersona strives to provide the best service and personal experience, but if you decide to cancel, please call our Billing Services department at (888) 316-5463, option 3.
Please note: Accounts cannot be cancelled via voicemail.
If you are new to AromaPersona and have not made a purchase yet, you do not need to cancel. You only become a member once you make your first purchase.
