AromaPersona guarantees FREE shipping on all orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States via standard ground delivery. Expedited shipping is available upon request; please contact us at Members@AromaPersona.com for more information. All Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO / FPO addresses and Canadian addresses are charged an additional $9 for shipping and handling. Please note that orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees. We currently do not ship orders overseas.
The Exchange Process
Email Exchanges@AromaPersona.com to request a return shipping label, and inform us on what you are exchanging. Once you receive return shipping label, drop item(s) off at your local shipping location. Upon receipt of returned item we will ship out your exchanged item and charge your credit card on file the mandatory $9.95 restocking fee. Exchanges usually take 10-14 business days. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in new, unused condition, without burn marks. We cannot accept returned items that display signs of use.
